This draft describes the website features currently implemented. It must be reviewed against the final hosting setup and actual business practices before launch.
Who is responsible
The responsible person is Diego Di Francescantonio, established in Mexico City, Mexico and operating under the Dploy Studio name. Questions about this draft can be sent to hello@dploystudio.com. The complete address for the privacy notice and applicable procedures are awaiting confirmation.
Visiting the website
The website displays information about services and pricing. The current implementation has no visitor accounts, online checkout, database-backed contact form, or file uploads.
The deployment is configured for Cloudflare Workers static assets. Hosting and network providers may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site. The enabled logging, providers and retention arrangements still need to be confirmed for the published environment.
Contacting us by email
Contact links open your email application with a draft addressed to hello@dploystudio.com. No inquiry is submitted by the website itself, and opening a link does not confirm delivery.
Business email is handled through Google Workspace; hello@dploystudio.com is an alias for the business mailbox. If you choose to send an email, it can include your address, message, business details and selected project information. Do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in an initial inquiry. Email handling practices, retention and applicable transfer arrangements require confirmation.
Cookies, analytics and external resources
The current website code does not set application cookies or use browser storage for tracking. It includes no analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, embedded social widgets or external font services. The fonts and visual assets are served with the site.
Infrastructure-level cookies and logs depend on the final hosting configuration. Any later form, analytics tool, embed or optional storage requires a new privacy and consent review before it is enabled.
Planned analytics and optional forms
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are selected for future tag management and audience measurement. Google Search Console is selected to review visibility in Google Search. They are not enabled by this update. Selecting these services does not enable advertising, remarketing or other Google integrations.
Forms are not part of the current website. If a future form requires storing submissions, Cloudflare data services are the intended option. Its fields, processing, access and retention must be defined before implementation.
Before enabling analytics or other optional collection, the cookie inventory, purposes, retention, recipients, transfer arrangements and consent controls must be completed from the actual configuration. Visitors must be able to refuse optional collection and change their choice. No consent preference storage or optional analytics cookies are currently implemented.
